In order to actively attract new talents and strengthen the construction of the company's talent pool, on November 18th, our recruitment team visited Sichuan Chemical Vocational and Technical College and held a wonderful campus lecture to discuss career dreams with students and look forward to the future together.

In order to assist the rapid development of the company and inject fresh blood, a recruitment team of three people led by our human resources department and jointly composed with the deputy manager of the Nanba project, entered Sichuan Chemical Vocational and Technical College with sincerity, bringing a rich and lively campus lecture to the fresh graduates there.

At the press conference, our company representative first comprehensively introduced the company's development history, corporate culture, business layout, and future strategic planning to the students present, vividly demonstrating a dynamic and promising platform. Subsequently, the deputy manager of the Nanba project, as a returning senior, explained the specific situation and technical highlights of the project, as well as the broad development space and career growth path provided for graduates, in a simple and understandable manner, based on the actual situation of the project. This allowed the younger students to have a clear and profound understanding of their work and life after joining our company.

During the interactive communication session, students actively asked questions and conducted in-depth consultations on hot topics such as job requirements, career development channels, training systems, and compensation and benefits. Our company representatives provided patient and meticulous answers, and the atmosphere on site was lively. My classmates have shown a strong interest in our company and have submitted their resumes, hoping to become a member of our big family.

This campus lecture not only successfully showcased our company's corporate image and talent concept to teachers and students, but also established preliminary connections with numerous outstanding students, laying a solid foundation for the company's talent reserve.
