On January 29-30, 2024, Chongqing Jingben Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a year-end conference with the theme of "digitalization, AI, scenarization, and platformization". Mr. Mou, department heads, and project management personnel of the company attended this meeting. This meeting will summarize and report on the completion of responsibility goals for each project sector in 2023, decompose and determine the key work goals for 2024, and sign a target responsibility agreement.

At the meeting, the responsible persons presented their completion status of the 2023 responsibility goals in a concise and clear manner through digital reporting. Firstly, the maintenance department provided a detailed introduction to the completion status of the production sector in 2023, starting with the number 2117, and shared the overall situation of the production and maintenance sector in the past year. In 2023, the company's maintenance department established two new project departments, Pengzhou and Yangzi. One project (Gulei) changed from a subcontracting model to a labor service business model, and one project (Puguang) increased the number of cooperative personnel. Currently, there are a total of seven project departments. Report on the total number of personnel in the maintenance department, related revenue data, safety data, training data, workload data, hidden danger investigation and rectification situation one by one.

Subsequently, each project department of the maintenance department conducted a work summary. The Puguang project department analyzed the production and operation status of the project department last year under the theme of "being prepared for the future and 'preventing' problems before they occur"; the Yuanba project department analyzed how to control costs and revitalize business in project management under the theme of "being flexible and adaptable, and never forgetting danger"; the Nanba project department focused on "guarding" and pioneering, and analyzed the safety performance, production maintenance, cost expenses, revenue and profit of the past year; The Pengzhou project department shared the arduous process of building the project department from scratch to production in 2023 under the theme of "Strength 'Resistance' to Competition, Communication and Cooperation", and conducted data analysis and summary from personnel, safety, production, logistics, team building, and operation aspects; The Yangtze Project Department analyzed the completion of various indicators in the past year and the process of seeking new changes with the theme of "seeking change while maintaining stability". The Meishan Project Department analyzed the completion of the 2023 target and measures taken to break through the current situation with the theme of "taking initiative and breaking through the situation". The Gulei Project Department shared the changes of the Gulei Project Department in the past year and the key work that is ready to be launched in the later stage with the theme of "taking a step back and accumulating momentum". While summarizing the experience of each project, they also shared the application of platformization, scenarization, AI and other aspects in daily work.

Next, the Ministry of Commerce will report on the completion of the responsibility targets for the business sector in 2023, as well as key tasks such as business development and market expansion in 2023. It will also conduct business analysis and target decomposition for each regional market in 2024, identify opportunities, set goals and plans, seek greater breakthroughs, and focus on building a platform with business functions by 2024.

The resource support section also reports on the completion of the 2023 responsibility targets, presenting the company's revenue and expenditure data, financial situation, logistics support, and other aspects in the form of data to everyone. And conduct data analysis on the current human resources situation of the company, analyze the problems existing in the personnel recruitment process, comment on the performance evaluation situation, propose ideas for system and process construction, aiming to build an excellent human resources team, guide positive value orientation, and build a good corporate culture.

 At the meeting, company leaders also commended outstanding teams and individuals at the company level over the past year.

 

 

Mr. Mou of the company commented on all the speeches, analyzed the current situation of each project, and delivered an important speech at the meeting. Looking back on the past, the company has made certain achievements in production and maintenance. Looking ahead to the future, with the impact of the economic environment, the industry has entered the era of "low profit", and all employees have entered the entrepreneurial mode. He emphasized that safety work should always be the top priority. He also outlined a grand blueprint for the company's development, elaborating on the next steps in areas such as natural gas, bio aviation oil, and platform based operations and maintenance. The future is full of challenges, and he firmly believes that opportunities will be left for those who dare to work hard.

For future work, Mr. Mou proposed the idea of "all business data, all data business", emphasizing the requirements of "management must be AI based, services must be scenario based, and platforms must be inclusive".
