Information communication must be two-way, and managers must be good at expressing themselves, listening, and providing feedback to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of communication. Managers should be good at communicating with heart, emotions, and using words, language, actions, scenes, and other forms of expression to promote communication effectiveness, achieve communication goals, effectively convey information, make themselves clear, and make others understand.

Based on his years of research on the PDP trait model, Teacher Xu focused on the skills of identifying and employing people. He divided people's personality traits into five types and analyzed the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each trait, as well as their behavioral habits and precautions. He pointed out that as a manager, it is necessary to have the ability to identify talents and reasonably match personnel, so that the leadership team can play to their respective strengths and advantages, in order to form a team with complementary advantages. By observing employees' behavior and communication, we can understand their strengths and weaknesses, and then arrange work tasks reasonably to unleash their maximum potential. At the same time, Teacher Xu also shared how to understand and interpret the abilities and personality traits of management personnel through methods such as questionnaire assessments, in order to better grasp the direction of future learning and improvement.

In addition, in terms of incentive management, Teacher Xu also divides employees into several types based on their responsibilities and technical abilities, and lists different incentive methods for different types of employees to motivate and improve their enthusiasm and work motivation. Managers should understand the needs and expectations of employees, and develop reasonable systems, provide development opportunities, and stimulate employees' enthusiasm and creativity through various measures.

In terms of team building, Teacher Xu used the Four Great Classical Novels as examples to analyze the Shu team in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the Song Jiang team in Water Margin, the Grand View Garden team in Dream of the Red Chamber, and the Tang Monk team in Journey to the West. With the help of a combination case of a company's sales champion team, he explained the golden rule of team matching by analyzing the personality traits of different members, how to leverage their respective strengths, form complementarity, and complement each other's strengths and weaknesses. He pointed out that managers should enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness by conducting team activities, establishing effective communication mechanisms, resolving internal conflicts and problems within the team.
