Entering October, in this season of gradually cooling autumn, the analytical instrument major at Station 3 has always followed the excellent style of learning and progressing through work, and the determination to do a good job in employee professional skills training, constantly striving towards excellence.

Improving professional skills and strengthening team management construction are the core of development; Being serious, meticulous, and down-to-earth is the key to cultivating a good work style and professional maintenance literacy; Polishing personal strength in practice is the foundation of work implementation.

On October 17th, the analysis major of Station 3 carried out on-site practical skills assessment in accordance with the inheritance concept of "teacher mentoring apprentice". A comprehensive investigation was conducted on the standardization of the entire homework process, including a detailed understanding of instrument menus at all levels, measurement principles, sample flow direction of injection pipelines, calibration steps, as well as a clear understanding of safety risks during the homework. Adequate protection measures were taken during the homework, and on-site detailed explanations and supplements were provided to address any shortcomings.

Through this practical assessment, not only have team collaboration skills and individual comprehensive abilities been strengthened, but also a solid quality control has been carried out for the technical level of the analytical instrument profession at Station 3.
