In order to further strengthen the talent cultivation of Chongqing Jingben Pengzhou project, help new employees grow better and adapt to their positions faster, and based on the current situation of project personnel, fully relying on the technical advantages of middle-aged and old employees, the Pengzhou project department has launched a special activity of mentorship. On October 19th, the project department held a master apprentice signing event, which was attended by project leaders, team leaders, and on duty employees.

At the beginning of the event, Fang Jiandong, the deputy manager of the project department, first introduced the background, purpose, and significance of the event, as well as the system and implementation plan of mentorship pairing. And we hope that through the activities, we can continuously consolidate everyone's theoretical foundation, improve employees' hands-on ability, enhance everyone's knowledge breadth, promote the excellent tradition of our company's mentoring, facilitate the construction of project and company talent teams, and help the company continue to grow and develop.

Tang Jinbo, Deputy Manager of the Project Department, stated that the signing ceremony for mentors and apprentices is not just a formality and agreement, but carries a responsibility and value. He hopes that all mentors and apprentices can work together, communicate with each other, and grow together in their daily work.

Project manager Zhang Hongchun has made overall arrangements for this event, firstly, to achieve a good learning atmosphere of "learning to promote learning" and "helping to guide learning" through this event; Secondly, all masters should fulfill their responsibilities effectively, set an example and lead by example. Students should seize opportunities, grow rapidly, learn to take responsibility, and continuously improve their comprehensive qualities in work practice; Thirdly, we need to strengthen reward and punishment assessments, conduct regular evaluations, and reward outstanding teachers and students.

The master representatives and student representatives on site also made speeches, expressing their desire to continuously improve their skills, change roles as soon as possible, adapt to new changes, actively learn, integrate into various tasks of the project department, and do their best to play their roles.
